Head of the RosKomSvoboda’s legal practice will speak at eSPORTconf Russia

December 1, 2016, Sarkis Darbinyan, cyber law attorney and the head of the RosKomSvoboda’s legal practice, will make his presentation at eSPORTconf Russia 2016 conference in Moscow. The speaker is also a head of Digital rights center and co-chair of the Russian Association of Internet Users.
