Virtus.pro G2A remains leader in scores in Dota Pro Circuit ranking

To receive a direct invitation to the Dota 2 major tournament, teams are collecting scores in intermediate competitions during the whole season. Currently, the Virtus.pro G2A CIS team, occupying the first place in scores by a long shot, is the front-runner in obtaining the invitation.

Noteworthy is that the winner of the previous world championship, Team Liquid, is just taking the 3rd position, falling 1000 points behind Virtus.pro. Now, the ranking is the following:

1. Virtus.pro – 2295.
2. Team Secret – 1440.
3. Team Liquid – 1350.
4. Mineski – 720.
5. Newbee – 585.
6. Vici Gaming – 270.
7. LGD Gaming – 202.5.
8. compLexity Gaming, Evil Geniuses, Immortals – 90 scores each.

Scores are given to first three places in season tournaments. Note that it is eSports athletes rather than clubs who receive points. Only top 3 players can obtain them. When a team competes with a substitute player or stand-in, it gets only a half of earned points.
