DIRECTOR OF STRIMFEST FESTIVAL WILL SPEAK AT ESPORTCONF RUSSIA 2016

On the 1st December, Moscow will host Russia's first conference devoted to investments and integration of Russian business into the international market of eSports – eSPORTconf Russia 2016. Dynamics and profitability of investments in e-sports disciplines will be examined using the case of Russian and global experience. Special attention will be given to niche betting.

Conference speakers will include Mikhail Lisetsky (Lisetskiy Production), widely-known as the author and leader of TV program of IGROPROM on Moscow 24 channel and director of the Strimfest festival.

The topic of speaker’s presentation is: Media business in the territory of progaming. How to bring up the cybersports fan and to earn on him?

“Entering cybersports, media companies face a challenging task: they should take a cybersports fan away of the game and related monetization. Do not allow them to dip into the game but rather earn on them as on the audience”, the speaker described the relevant issue.

Mikhail Lisetsky will tell in detail about the conflict of interests between gaming and media business and reveal ways of solving it. He will also review causes and consequences of media companies’ focus on turning active gamers into e-sports fans.
