Schalke 04 FC will train gamers

German football club Schalke 04 hosts a scouting camp for League of Legends gamers on its Veltins-Arena home stadium.

Camps were carried out aiming at discovering new talented gamers for the eSport team. Anyone ranked “master” and higher could participate, the registration of candidates ended on October 18. Trainings will last for five days and the strongest five players will be picked. They will represent the club at the GeForce tournament in Warsaw.

Schalke 04 began to develop its gaming direction after buying the Elements team in May this year.
